to a 'body-off' party

Well most of the prep work has now been completed - I just need to locate & loosen off the actual bolts holding the body on and will be ready for the lift.

So...the plan is to do the lift on Saturday 15th October - I am inviting volunteers to help with the lift - rewards of coffee/tea, biscuits & bacon butties (provided by revlimiter) will be on offer

I am based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire & need about 8 volunteers.

Please can you let me know if you would like to help & I will PM you address & time details.

We had 8 when I took mine off/back on - just as important to have as many eyes as hands available, to spot the cables you've forgotten/missed undoing, and to guide the body to avoid squashing anything.

8 sounds good. We had about 10 for a wedge which was still hard as it's not easy to get a grip etc.

Hi Jaye, I'll be happy to come up from Doncaster. . Only probblem is SWMBO is out for the day so revlimiter will have to keep two kids entertained! If that's OK, PM me the times and postcode.

Let me know if there's anything you need. I'll bring a trolley I made when I did mine. You can keep it till the end, good for moving the body around.

Also - Revlimiter doesnt recall being told it was gonna be bacon butties for 8 - have you seen the price of bacon these days!! Had assumed 2 or 3 - its only a bit of car!!

Hmmm. Maybe Revlimiter should read more carefully but just to save you the bother. 8 is the number of bodies requested for the actual lift.
