upright assembly / steel-spacer-ring and Torq?

Hy Guys,

I bought a new set of bearings and steel-spacer-ring at Ultima for my uprights.
but forgot how to put it together, where has the steel-spacer-ring to be placed?
And how much torq is needed. I cannot find the torq on the ultima-DVD.

The steel spacer goes between the two bearings.
The build manual torque figures are
Front 288-332 lbf/ft
Rear 180-210 lbf/ft
