Think its the last summer evening meet at the above this coming Wednesday ( 14th ) starts around 6 pm if any one can make it, starting to get a good assortment of cars there having only been running for about 4 months.

Hi Dave, I've not seen you there before.

I'm going as is Paul so that's a cerb and a sag.

IIRC two months ago (maybe 3) was the first and there were about 15 cars there. I must be getting old as I can't remember what was there, 4 TVRs, V12 Merc, M5, Scoobie, Alpine, 1 or 2 Americans. Last month it was raining but a few of us were there.

These events take a while to get going, it's good to support them so they become established.

Was nice meeting you chaps yesterday, a nice selection of vehicles to peruse. Enjoyed the discussion with Andy - thanks to him I'm now well versed on S-Series TVRs!

Hi, it's a new meet so will time to get going, it's planned for 2nd Wednesday, so will fall the day after Ashby

Hiya, of course and it would be lovely to see you. The events are hosted by the landlord Neil and his partner Sally Ann. I can't keep up with their toys but they include a Tuscan, M5, V12 Merc, and more

I think there have only been 3 events so far and it will take time to grow.

I think the RS people go one night a month too.

Just clicked on to whats new and seen this thread..The word Syston surprised me as i live/hang around Barrow on Soar at a Marina called Pillings Lock down Flesh Hovel Lane..
Might be a nice place to visit for you all..Place has pricey bar restuarant cafe sort of place as well..I have a leashold mooring for sale here so if you like the scene you may want to buy it!!!
I want to move to a Marina that is not so public orientated!
