I've just been to stratstone in Stourbridge to book my car in for some warranty work and when I popped downstairs to look at the Evoras they told me Richard had resigned!
Does anyone know where he's gone to? Great guy who did a good deal for me ( and him)

He was terrible. The whole dealership is as well.

Richard was superb! I've bought and sold a car with him this year and nothing was too much trouble a great guy, in fact he's the ONLY car sales person I've ever delt with that was as interested and helpful AFTER you'd purchased as before!

He'll be missed from Stratstone and a credit to wherever he moves onto next, I wish him all the very best!

That's a real shame, he was a great guy and I always had good dealings with him!

They also screwed up the DVLA documents to such an extent that 2 weeks before my tax run out when I tried to renew it, the DVLA said no because I was not the keeper (!!!). Richard then fumbled around for a bit... when I enquired where he was on it 2 days before it expired he had progressed no further. He decided the only approach now was to ask me to send my insurance certificate to him so he could personally get the tax disc from his local Post Office. In the end I scanned it into Photoshop, cleaned up all the noise, basically made it look absolutely perfect and sent him the JPEG. He laser printed it and luckily the Post Office accepted it as the real thing. I accept they "got there in the end" but it should not have been left to the last minute, causing their customer stress and the real possibility of not being able to drive (legally) to work the next day (and my commute has ANPR everywhere).

I've dealt with Richard, and thought he was excellent.

I would have confidence in dealing with him wherever he went.
