Hood retrim

Any recommendations or good experiance of companies offering Griff hood retrims in the South East ?
Is it a easy enough job to do yourself ?

My original one has a few marks and wear in all the normal places and being blue is begining to fade.

I think Hoods galore based in Hockley, Essex do them, they replaced the rear screen on my Griff and did a good job.

They may be worth a call.

299 incl. VAT and labour (that's for the targa top and the hood section)

the website says 299 is for the rear window replacement......hood trim is 585

oops, yup quite correct, it's 299 for the rear screen replacement and i was quoted 1200 to do the hood and top...

I'd def do both together as matching the colours is a right pain if you don't...

Top and rear together £550 fitted when I used them. That was 2 years ago now though!

I think he charges around £700.00 for a full hood and rear screen replacement.

Gary did a first rate job of replacing my carpets & is very experienced in working on all types of TVR.

Highly recommended.

+1 for Hoods Galore, they did a good job on my roof window after I managed to put may hand through it while washing it.

i have a small tear in the rear window along a seam, and the top has the normal "rub" patch.....

hoods galore just quoted me 600 inc vat for a new top and targa, inc vat, fitted.....

new rear window would be 225, new top trim would be 150, so 600 for new everything fitted seems pretty reasonable...
