A colleague has a cls 500 (4.5 years old), with a B service required and has been quoted £1200 or £850 over 12 months if he signs up to a service plan. I have suggested a specialist given the age of the car anyway, can anyone reccomend one?
We have used Prospect in Shirley/Solihull a few times for our W211 E-Class. Certainly seem to know their stuff, and don't try and stiff you for new brake pads when there's 6000 miles left on them (unlike a local main dealer....)
