A lucky chap.

At least it goes to show that there are good people out there willing to help somebody in need.

Why the censored was no one checking he was OK as soon as he was pulled out? And what the censored were those two cops doing man-handling him like that after he'd been pulled out? Just goes to show how clueless some people are. Fair play to those who lifted the car off the guy, but what about the censored who prefered to sit in their office filming it and making inane comments?

Why do they drag him out then just leave him there? Not checking him?

In order:

1. Perhaps it was clear that he was alive, in pain, but alive - you can do little at the roadside but revive and maintain.
2. Police were clearly preparing to move him to a safer position away from the burning car/bike combo. You'll note that they fairly selflessly usher everyone else back before continuing to work.
3. There are about 15 to 20 people who walk in and out of shot and are clearly involved - if you're up the floors in a building you're a couple of minutes away - why would 100 people be better than the 15 who helped?

Having, ahem, pulled someone from a smoking upturned car myself, I can offer some insight - the threat of burning to death helps prioritise your actions - moving everyone to a safe distance is number one priority as nothing else really matters until that happens.

Its only worth checking if you know what to check for.

I presume the suited fat guy on the phone, who did nothing to help at all was the owner of the car?

He'll be on the phone to his lawyer, about to sue everyone who lifted the car for damaging it.

There's no laws to wear even a helmet in some states.

Iirc helmet law in Utah is for 17yr olds and under.
Compulsory for ALL ages in only 20 states apparently

How do you slide under a car? E60s are low. Is this a prank?
