Remap for Mercedes ML280CDI

My wife has just bought a 280ML diesel and we were wondering about having it remapped up to the 320 spec.
Am I assuming correctly that the ML280 (2009) is exactly the same engine and entire vehicle as the 320? And with this in mind are there any issues, or is the modest remap up to the 320 specification output safe and simple?
If this is the case can anyone recommend somewhere in the NW that would undertake the work and any idea of cost would also be helpful.
