Dave,
Not too difficult a job (rusty nuts aside), when I did mine I already had the damper off so don't know if it's possible with it still in place. If not though you would only need to undo the dampers top mounting bolt (easier than bottom one). After that 2 bolts at the top ball joint and 2 on the wishbone to chassis mounting, keep a note of which side the spacer plate goes on the top ball joint. The wishbones are handed so compare the new one to the one that's been removed, I didn't. To give some added protection to the wishbones I took the opportunity to get a couple of coats of Hammerite on them obviously keying the plastic coated finish first, don't paint the areas of bare metal either side of the top ball joint mounting beacuse the ball joint and spacer probably won't fit and will work loose once the paint wears away. If you haven't got thrust washers on the wishbone bushes now is a good time to fit them. The camber will need to be re-set although marking the original position on the top ball joint may help but no guarantee.
Good luck.

Hi Dave,
I've been thinking of doing this myself but just out of interest what is the cost and where did you get them from.
