Insulation installers in Cheshire?

Just wondering, can anyone recommend an installer of loft (and perhaps cavity wall) installation in Cheshire (M6/M56 area)?
Been calling round a few of the "branded" outfits and they all want to mess around with the whole sending someone out to do a survey thing - in spite of them having done a number of other identical properties. Just want someone who will get on and do a proper job without either the hassle or cost associated with this extra stage in the process.
