My heritage and rights as a pirate. Will the UN speak for me
Discussion
My forebears come from a long line of pirates.
They spent their lives dressing colourfully (in stolen clothes) and living it up in the caribbean drinking (stolen) rum and shagging willing (and sometimes unwilling) wenches.
Will the UN stand up for my rights to live in the UK but to enjoy my heritage imbued lifestyle?
In particular, should the council not have to provide me with a Caribbean island?
Should I not have freedom to roam the high seas (or the high street), raping and pillaging as I see fit and not have to conform to laws of the land?
I cannot see why my heritage is not in the same special class as Irish travellers.
What about the Nordic descendents of Vikings? Are they ok to invade Scotland and start raping and pillaging? It is part of their heritage.

I think you should be allowed to do this. They spent their lives dressing colourfully (in stolen clothes) and living it up in the caribbean drinking (stolen) rum and shagging willing (and sometimes unwilling) wenches.

And then hung on the dock at Plymouth harbor.

For me one of the great unanswered questions, or for that matter asked by the media, is how can you be a traveller, wth all the "rights" this gives you but not actually travel?
Surely if you don't travel every six months or so you should lose that status and just be an ordinary citizen with the same rights and, more importantly, responsibilities.

Well I hope the UN will support you, and thereafter me, for I come from a long line of people who the state can give 1 million pounds a year to and provide me with a race track and Ferrari F430 in line with my human rights to have lots of money and fun...........
Hello my Cousin. We shall join together in our familial quest. You forgot the F40.gtdc said:
