Need a wall mounted storage cabinet - help please!

Ladies and gents, I need a wall mounted cabinet that needs to be big enough to hold an A4 desk diary. Ideally it needs to be weatherproof, but this is flexible. It would also be advantageous if it had a combination lock, or the ability to fit a combination padlock, again flexible on this.

Minimum internal dimensions need to be 310mm x 220mm x 30mm

Don't want to spend more than about £30/40 if possible.

How about a post box of some description, usually see them on old houses that don't have letterboxes. You could attach a hasp and staple to it to secure it with a padlock.
