I got married at the end of July, thought I had better upload some pictures of the VX that people took throughout the day.

Only finished polishing the car and adding the ribbons couple of hours before I got married.

My brother driving my car after the ceromony to the reception venue, he did admit that he had to drive through a tunnel to hear the VSE on route driving

The Actual wedding car & the new beautiful Mrs Roast cloud9

I parked the VX on the grass outside the markee for the photographer & this is where it remained until the next morning. I fully intended to move it back but ran out of time & parking spaces.

I have so many pictures on Facebook of people posing in my car, needless to say my newly polished paintwork was covered in finger prints shootbiggrin

A few pictures from the next morning.

That was the previous owner that did the Chase I only picked the car up in June, apparently he did 3 years in a row. I assume you used to own a VX?

Very nice indeed, did you ban anyone from "decorating" it the following morning? hehe

My PH wedding wheels weren't quite as lucky...

The PH Wedding Car Thread sounds interesting....

Didn't give it a thought to be honest, luckily none of my mates were staying at the venue and were too drunk to have thought about it laugh

Think this proves that I married a good one with a sense of humor cloud9

I said a couple of weeks ago that I wanted to take the VX out for a spin down some nice back roads as the sun was out, she said fine as long as we can collect some curtain poles that she had ordered, what else could I do but agree

She's in there somewhere laugh

My Wedding Car. Genuine GT500 with the bodykit, wheels and other bits added here. Pukka working car too. Engine was far from spotless. I loved it. Stunning noise and a road presence.

I can see a problem in having an interesting wedding car, if it is too interesting a petrolhead would end up forgetting he was getting married hehe

That's a shame, but then they do say you should never meet your hero's wink
