Petrol Head Stag - Ideas?

I'm getting married next May and have been thinking about the Stag Do, my best man is organising it but luckily I get to choose what we should do.
We've done the standard Paintball & Karting in UK and abroad Prague, Budpest etc for other Stags in the group many times.
As it'll be early in the year most places will still be cold and out of season so heading abroad doesn't add as much compared to later in the year. One idea was to embrace the cold and go snowboarding/skiing in Bugaria but some are regulars and others have never been. So this may not be ideal.
So another option would be to do a proper petrol head weekend driving/racing anything except go-karts in the day then hitting the town for the standard drinking and stripshows.
Does anyone know of a location/company where we could organise a weekend playing with Hovercrafts, Stock Cars, Rally Cars, Mini motos, Rage buggies, jet skiing etc etc for 15-20 blokes near to a lively town either in the UK or abroad?
