Limelite networks inc, slows PH to a crawl, port scanning?

As above i'm using Chrome on PH & running peerblock & no other programs running.

Clicking on threads takes an age before a page is served up, I note that the only entry in peerblock is Limelite Netorks Inc on every click on PH forum it tries to scan for open ports each time it fails it tries the next higher one.
Example of many.

It takes peerblock 12 blocks of Limelight Networks Inc to allow ph to serve up one page, approx 30 sec per mouse click.

They also variate their destination ip.

Why do I need to have that company unblocked for PH to run smoothly?

I haven't blocked it yet. Waiting to hear back whether it's legitimate or not.
