Filming in Glasgow

Some lovely late 50's early 60's American cars in Douglas street this morning being used as Props and if you lucky you may even spot Halle Berry

Seen quite a lot of roads coming down from we gardens were closed last night. Wouldn't mind having a look at some of the metal.

Well there's a couple of big water bowsers

Must be blocking Pitt St/Bothwell St as M8 off ramp very slow/busy just spotted woman getting out of car and walking down toward Bothwell st from off ramp

Saw Halle Berry today though didn't I realise it until STV showed coverage later on. They were filming the aftermath of a car crash, there were gun shots and she ran into an alley. There didn't seem to be much blocked off, just a small section of Douglas St though that might have changed throughout the day.

I now need to go into work tomorrow to let film crews get access to one of our roof tops!!

Brad Pitt last month, Tom Hanks and Halle Berry this month and Scarlett Johansson next month. When will the top Hollywood actors stop bothering me?

Brad Pitt was for world war Z, a mate of mine joined a group on FB and ended up as an extra in it for a week, got paid a fair bit to run arround dressed as a US marine fake guns and the lot

The world war Z film looks great. The shots we saw made George Square look like it was surrounded by skyscrappers. I don't think we'll recognise it in the film. I only saw a few stills and it was unreal.

Just in from filming in Cadogan St ( listen to me, I sound like I'm part of it all ) and they didn't get the shot from our building in Cadogan St, so they're back at 07:00 in the morning. It has been pure coincidence that they needed to film from 3 of our buildings.
