Spent the whole of the summer taking crap out of the garden, now looking to re-plant in the spring. Looking to visit garden centres over the winter for inspiration, plants, trees and a nice cup of tea and cake. What are your favourites in the kent area?

Coolings is nice, although slightly expensive. Has a very nice coffee shop / restaurant. Also, at there another sight further into Knockholt with a nature trail which is great for the kids - wigwams etc. to play in.

Otherwise Pole Hill is MASSIVE and also has a half-decent restaurant..

cheers,

Ruxley is good but can be a little expensive.

Polhill is a decent size - http://www.polhill.co.uk/sevenoaks.html

Woodlands is a personal favourite... especially with the wonderful cafe http://www.woodlandsgc.co.uk/ well worth a visit if only for the 'Twig and Spoon'

Millbrook has won local awards - http://www.millbrookgc.co.uk/our-garden-centres/gr...

Notcutts another good choice - http://www.notcutts.co.uk/Information/Garden-Centr...
