Welding/Fabrication in the South East

I am currently working on a project that needs a few minor changes to be made to the chassis and sub frame. These are...

1/ The position of suspension mounts moving and possibly new ones fabricating
2/ Wishbones shortening
3/ Fabrication of a new sub frame (box steel)

All welding is steel on steel.

Obviously there are lots of welders/fabricators out there but it would be good to use one someone can recommend. It would also be nice if it was someone who was able to make recomendations and suggestions as opposed to just weld Thing A to Part B.

Its a fairly small scale project so can be mobile or garage based.
