Started car this morning and it smelt a bit heavy on fuel, then driving it it seems to have an intermittent misfire, first guessing the spark is being blown out by fuel,

Happens at random with high or low revs but only on low boost.

Any suggestions to what I could do?

Thanks

Sorted, last night while giving the car a check over I noticed there was a wire near the ecu which had a plug with two pins exposed, found the other part of the plug in the door card, the other end of the plug didn't have a connected wire so I just put it back where it was before the engine was out, as it was the only thing I touched last night I pulled it out when I arrived at Knockhill and everything is fine again, car is lapping very nicely even in the wet and the power is great, fastest car on track, got some instruction from a race driver and now much more confident and lapping smoother and faster. smile
