Expansion Tank Removal

Hi All,

I'm replacing the coolant hoses on my 98 Chimaera and was going to take off the expansion tank (the one that bolts through the o/s wing) and give it a clean up whilst I'm at it. However, the bolts aren't coming out.

Does anyone know if there's a nut on the other end accessible through the hatch in the wheel arch or if it's a captive nut in the fibreglass. If the latter, what to do if it's just spinning around?

Or, should I just leave it alone!

It should be a captive nut in the fibreglass.
