The topic title is a bit misleading, isn't it? From my reading you are not waiving the right to sue, you are agreeing to go through arbitration before then being able to sue if you are not happy. Not really a big deal from where I am sitting.

I'd say this has a much bigger impact on the US users as it effectively stops them being able to file a class action suit representing many users. As far as I am aware this approach is much less common in the UK.
