How many S series are ther still ou there?

Just bought my S and got wondering..... how many are there still pounding the tarmac?? any one any idea??

yeah they go and go and go forever, except mine it seems
not driven it for 6 weeks now, I'm so fed up don't be surprised to see it for sale real soon ..

Only 6 weeks!!! Mine's been off the road since December 9th....(in fact I've had it about a year now and it's only been ON the road for 6 weeks!)- know how miserable it feels Don't give up hope!

I took the injectors out of it to help a customer out .. have had injectors on order from somewhere and only managed to get 5 so far.

i've lost all interest in the car now .. missed two track days i really wanted to do and all the sun we've had so far.

The S is a great companion, very nimble, sounds great, the view over the power bulge is stunning and it's ability to beat modern TVRs on twisty tracks has to be seen to be believed. But I'm losing the desire to drive it anymore ..

Correct.

I wish I knew...exactly.

Same disclaimer as b4 I'm afraid...I only know what the members tell me.

I've had a few updates...but not many....re we have 7K ish members....but its early days and the "new system" is not up and running yet....which hopefully will encourage more member participation on this front.

Jools - the engine has finally been rebuilt but we are having an Omex ecu put in which seems to have caused a multitude of problems....... problems with the air flow meter when I spoke to V8D last, but hopefully all should be up & running by the end of the week.....then everything needs putting back together & a few bits and pieces sorted out. maybe on the road by the end of the month?!

Hope you have more luck with your S & see you at the S meet?

Hell Joolz, thats not good at all.. Just popped down to the garage tonight seeing if you fancied a beer. Was there about 8ish but you'd sensibly gone home I think as everything was locked up..

I was without mine for nearly 3 months last summer and its going to be away for about a fortnight to 3 weeks in the near future so I know how you feel. I'll pop down for a blast around when I'm back in circulation a bit more..
