Seat Belt Mounting Bolts - question

Hi all

I'm being a bit dumb here (not much change there then I hear you say!) - the seat belt mounting bolts are listed as being 7/16ths - please can someone tell me exactly what size spanner/socket I need to get to fit the heads of these bolts.

Also, it seems that the 'body' bolts in to the chassis at the front of the footwell are not metric (the heads seem to be around the 18mm size) - can someone point me in the right direction for the correct size of spanner/socket required for these as well.

5/8AF for the 7/16 bolts. For the 'about 18mm' probably 11/16AF.
