Can't remove classified advert.....

Have sold my car (hopefully) but PH wont let me remove the ad, keep getting the following message;

Remove Advert
Sorry, It is not possible to change this advert at the moment.

I have tried from my home laptop and office desktop so hopefully not a problem 'my end'.
