You'll have HS4 carbs same as on the Spitfire 1500.
Look for carb balancers on Ebay if not happy balancing by ear/with a hose.
I also use a gunsons gastester. Fiddly bit of kit but actually very accurate with practice.
The "lifting pin" technique you will find in Haynes manuals works but I have never really got the hang of it.

principle is the same plus if you get a copy of the oeners Handbook it's detailed in theresetting the carbs is only one part of the operation and will probably need redoing after a full service when you'll also set up when you set tappets, points and timing - all in the owners Handbook for £8
