I had a bump in the car a while ago and suffered a mild whiplash. Have been back to my GP a couple of times and he's suggested any of the above for treatments...but with no recommendation of which would be best. He was, in fact, a bit vague about the whole thing.

Any ideas?

i'm biased, of course, but chiropractor smile whoever you see make sure they get you doing functional rehabilitation and not just muscle/joint work. if the accident was recent whoever should not be manipulating.
