Marley tiles site, Delamere

Well I don't know what else to do so thought I'd ask here.

The former Marley tiles site at Delamere has hosted some kind of vintage rally in the past, I have an idea to do something similar and need a contact for the place.

I live nearby and can't find anything out.

Any ideas?
