Jag XK - why so "cheap"

Hi all.
In the last few days while looking at options for a weekend car I've noticed that there are a few used XKs (not XKRs) for a lot less than £50k that are less than a year old with at most a few thousand miles within the dealer network.
Compared with the new list of over £65k at least that seems cheap even taking into account the discount you could hope to get off list for a new one.
They seem attractive at that price and I like the thought of a 5.0 v8.
What do you think of them generally and at that price?Any examples of discounts on new which may explian the price?
