So, Planning on doing Delia tonight, the one with the balls in a bowl.

Been to my local Waitrose, got everything but ... No Meatballs!

So I've bought some Aberdeen Angus Steak mince, how do I turn that into meatballs.

Thanks,

Beginner from Surrey.

Take a handful of mince, roll it around in your palm until it's shaped like a ball. Then put it on a chopping board and press down on it until it becomes flat, like a patty.

No hang on, that's a burger.

Hmmm, this is tougher than I thought scratchchin

You're doing it wrong Charlie, It's the car keys you put in the bowl.

And some herbs are good, too.

Not those ones you grow in your attic though.

Follow the recipe that Jas posted.

All meatballs are, are little burgers that havent been flattened into a patty

Or you could go to your local sainsburys or Lidl and pick up some frozen meatballs.

Are you after swedish meatballs? This has beef, pork, breadcrumbs and other stuff in. And is fried in butter.

You should make Korean meatballs, no idea what's in them but they're the dogs . . . . . . I'll get my coat!

You need to use 50/50 beef and pork mince, or sausage meat if necessary.
