Dashboard switches.......

Hi - I know there have been various discussions around the switches and replacing them - am about to embark upon a revamp of the interior of my '99 Griff and would love to know of any good after market switches that have been successfully used in the past - before my pc crashed I had a site stored that did a range of aliminium ones that looked really good............... however lost that in the pc crash!!!

Any advise gratefully received - thanks!!!!!
