Bubble at the back of the eye
Discussion
Any experience of this? Woke up a week ago with almost complete loss of sight in one eye. Referred by doc to eye casualty at hospital and after a number of eye scans, I'm told I have a bubble at the back of the eye. I have been prescribed maxidex drops to be taken every 2 hours and mydrilate drops to be taken three times a day.
Any others been here?

Thanks Asterix.
R.E. Hydrops, I do recall the doctor mentioning an Edema but tbh, before the scans, I was given some drops that dilated the pupils and second drop that numbed the front of the eye so I could hardly see anything. It was pretty unsettling so I didn't take in everything.
I mention it on here to see if anyone else has had a simular issue with an eye or eyes as I'm quite worried how long its going to take to fix.
