Starter Motor Supplier info

Hi all,

Just for info... When I removed my starter motor during my rebuild I noticed that the solenoid terminal for the activation coil was loose in its housing... the housing was broken. Although the starter has never let me down there was no point in refitting a potential problem. I looked for a replacement starter motor but they can be quite expensive as recon units go ... so I tried to source a solenoid but everyone wants to sell complete items. I then found this company who are based in Plymouth and as I was there for a few days recently, contacted them and took the old solenoid with me. They matched it up perfectly with a new one at a fraction of the cost of a new complete unit. So if you need something like this they may be useful to you also.
