Hi,

Theres some gummy bits around various bits of the interior on my car, looks like dried on adhesive.

Can anyone recommend a good solvent or other for removing it without attacking the vinyl?

Cheers

Hi Darren,
Spose it really depends on what the substance is.
I would have though the usual vinyl / dash cleaners would remove it, failing that a little bit of meths on a cloth should do the trick.

If its a light colored trim I would be careful, but meths is usually good for removing glue.

Stu.

I was assuming it was whatever TVR use as there's a few bits of it in various different places throughout the cabin, particularly where carpet meets vinyl
