Firstly, let me state that I know SFA about computer games and consoles.
My eldest son has a PS3 and a few weeks ago SWMBO bought him an upgrade pack on Playstation's own site.
Today I get an email saying that £100 has been transferred from our credit card to his E wallet and than 8 more emails confirming the games and Packs that have been bought.
I am fooking furious!!
When SWMBO set up the account she did not tick the box to store the credit card details and who ever has done this has managed to get my son's user name and password my wife's credit card number and the 3 digit security number off the back.
I have been on the Playstation website and found no customer contact phone number but after a lot of searching found a number and spoke to a guy in their support department.
It appears that 4 consoles have been using my son's account
We spoke to the bank who have cancelled the credit card but we have to wait until it appears on the statement before we can start a dispute.
Anyone else had similar experiences?

It'll be the son, this talk of 4 Playstations will be due to a dynamic IP address being used by your internet connection.
P.s. check that list of games bought with those on his machine.

He doesn't have the game that was bought or any of the games that upgrades were bought for.
Plus , he was at school.

On the PS3 itself.
We can see the purchases were made but have not been downloaded.
I think you can log onto PSN from any PC onto your account, maybe they were bought on a PC and that's why they haven't been downloaded yet?We can see the purchases were made but have not been downloaded.
Could have bought them whilst at school?
