Modding a watch for better lume

I have a couple of (nothing special) watches that I like but I'd like them more if they had better Lume. Anyone know of anywhere in the UK I could send them to get this done?

For example, I really like my daily SKX007 but the standard Seiko lume is pretty poor. I imagine this must've come up before but I haven't seen any topics on it.

Poor lume on a 007? Never heard that one before!

Bry from SatinTime is/was the person who posted on here from time to time and is probably the person being referred to though he hasn't been around for a while and his website shutdown sometime back as well so I don't think he'll still be an option.
