Why can't people just own up to stuff!?

So I’m walking back to my car this morning and notice that I’ve got a nice vertical scuff mark, about six inches wide, going from my rear passenger light all the way to the bottom of the bumper…

What the hell is wrong with people? Why do they think it’s ok to damage someone else’s car and note leave a note or own up to it in any way!? I pisses me off that we live in a society of dishonesty and a lack of responsibility for your actions!

Black cars are hard enough to keep in good condition, what with showing any imperfections no matter how big or small. The last thing I want is some spineless, incompetent, useless, cowardly dick head damaging my car and not owning up to it!!
