Would he have had the time to register it or more likely after next corner had a shiver and thought bugger me that was close. Watching on screen here watching the other bikes it was suddenly there and gone and I'm in a almost comfy office chair.

I actually flinched, watching that sat at my computer!

That said, listening to the engine note I think the rider saw it a good while (fractions of a second anyway) before the camera picks it up, so he had a bit more time that the viewer to anticipate where it's going and avoid it.

I just showed my mum this and she didnt even notice the bike flying through the air..... its not a good sign is it?
