if i want to print a page of the internet, how do i do that without it not printing the far right hand side of the page? as at the moment the text starts about 2 inches to the right of the page, so there isnt enough space for the text on the far right hand side. im sure its really easy to do but im hopeless on computers

Unfortunately, it's not all that simple. Unless there's a trick that I'm missing...

I tend to use the print preview to see how much I'm going to get, then use landscape format and/or any zoom facility the browser offers to get it all to fit.

Alternatively, you could send the owner of the page a message asking them to implement a printable version of the page without navigation, or better still, just link to a media="print" stylesheet to format properly for printing.

try highlighting the bit you want with the mouse and then use the print selection option

I take it you're using IE. Even pages from MS get truncated, even when using a 'print this page' link.

Try using Opera, it has an option to scale the printed output.
