Amongst them a very wet Monaco in '84 won by Senna...

Didn't Prost win Monaco 1984?

Not having seen these yet, I'll guess that it's Adelaide 1994, Canada 1999, Japan 1989 and Japan 1990.

After all, he has to get his inspiration from somewhere.

Yes he did but senna overtook him on the last lap. Red flag meant the race was officially over the lap before, hence Prost winning.

I thought that Prost stopped before the line and Senna went past, Red Flag was immedeatly shown and the race was stopped so Prost got it on countback.

Coincidentally Prost had the Porsche developed Tag engine in his McLaren and the clerk of the course was Jacky Ickx...Works Porsche driver in sportscars....not that one would imply foul play...

.
Red flag and chequered were held out simultaneously, and as you rightly say Prost stopped befpore the finsh line

However the insinuation that Ikcx stopped the race to suit Porsche is nonsense

It is not the sort of behaviour that I would associate with a man like Ickx, but the insinuation was made at the time in a few publications.

Incidentally the half points that Prost got for this race, rather than settling for second to the flag probably cost him the 1984 World Championship. He lost it by half a point to his team mate Lauda.
