LeMans Ultimas return!

Just got back from LeMans, great race and fun as per each year... only saw two others - one parked in center of town in hotel car-park (orange/Red) and one for a split second in the queue outside of the track...just time for a short wave!!. Saw Ted and Richard inside as usual.
Had a great run down, and managed to hit the 6k rpm limit on the toll road north of Lemans, (for a short time as worried about Le Fuzz, although no trouble found from them.) Hope everyone else got back ok. Did any one have any trouble? Le Fuzz seemed to be a bit heavy this year, even more than usual..??? Why dont we try to get in the Friday night parade as a marque.? Anyone know how?

Did see your car parked up in Arnage on our way through on Friday. There were a couple of others parked up fairly close by.
We did get pulled over by les gendarmes. We'd just overtaken a lorry and my mate who was driving at the time had booted it to drop a 911 turbo who was behind us. He spotted the gendarmes at the top of the hill and slowed, they pulled us in. As we stopped, along with the 911 and a DB7 that had been chasing, they were gesticulating wildly at the DB7 and just waved us on through. They didn't seem to have any hand held speed devices and we think they pulled the other guys for crossing the solid white line - it was a long straight with a sort of double dip in it. The line wasn't solid where we were on the wrong side. Relieved or what
