Road Angel v New Road Angel

Has anyone tried both of these, is the new one much better?
How easy are they to live with, particularly for the not so technical?

go with the new road angel - it's alot better. Well worth the extra £50. The laser detection is intergrated, voice alerts, GPS compass, looks cooler! covers the congestion charge area


The subscription is the only difference on RA1 you can buy a lifetime subscription, but for the same price it's only a 3 year sub. Mind you in 3 years time they'll be several different versions of Road Angel - so maybe just go for the 1 or 2 year sub.
