70-200mm f4L

I've finally got myself a 70-200mm f4L as a swap for my sigma 10-20 and £50. I wanted the IS but not got the funds at the moment. It sounds like a deal. What do you think?

I think thats a bargain!

Used 10-20's here are selling for about $500 vs $700-800 minimum for a 70-200f4L.

f4L is a superb lens, enjoy!

Sounds a good deal.

I use the F4 IS for motorsport and it is a cracking lens, I'm sure you'll enjoy yours. It also takes the 1.4 extender well.

Given that the sigma is worth 270, I would say that's a cracking deal. I did see the trade before and think its a good trade on your side.

You need the IS one for that.

I have 2, both without IS, so I am assuming its now only with the IS ones.

I did have one, whilst I technically could travel the world with it there was no pot of cash nor eager willing twins..

My findings are all too similar, sadly.

Still, at least the investment seems to have been better than putting the cash into property or the stock market. So far.

I've really liked the f4 70-200's when I've used them Superb image quality!
