Loosing Coolant after cambelt change?
Discussion
Possibly an air lock in the coolant system has now cleared - assuming no visible leaks.
Top up the coolant & monitor - by physically checking - over the next few days. If no further issues then that's all it was.
Don't ignore low coolant warning lights!
To change a water pump requires the cooling system to be drained or partially drained so yes, it is connected.

Pass. The old Corsa I learnt to drive in was enough Vauxhall for my driving lifetime...
Back on topic as others said, hopefully just an airlock. I had a rad done at a main dealer and it needed topping up by them after a day or so as levels settled. Or just keep driving it and maybe get a new lease car a few weeks early...
