Chaps,

Listening to the radio coverage of the Labour conference at the mo. Is is me, or is it not slightly duplicious of them to start by apologising for trashing the economy and then to go into a speech with a protracted list of the give-aways they will promise if they get into power?

I'll be listening to the promises made with amusement ... matched with equal horror at the notion that many millions will believe them.

They are just scum who don't know how to tell the truth - realistically the same for most Politicians.

The answer to every statement the labour party currently makes is "But you caused the problems in the first place"

Channel 4 news have just shown some spotty lefty socialist tcensoredt they had on stage earlier today, he couldn't have been more than 16, saying he joined the Liebour party because he has come from the Welfare state and so did his parents and he has had enough of the Tories, quote, tearing it apart.

FFS, you'd hate to see what I'd do it!

Can the previous government be charged with inciting racial hatred by invading Iraq and Afganistan?

Can't we give these people their own special place (Scotland? Cornwall? Wales?) where they can get on with going bust while the rest of us get on with being productive.

FFS I must escape to Switzerland or somewhere else that seems to have a better grip on reality before I have a heart attack. mad

His father had lost his job (financial sector) and they had the house repo'd, he said he wouldnt be here today if it wasnt for the welfare state.

slimy orrible little worm. and millipede was digustingly brazen about it, you just now he jumped for joy hearing what that kid was going to do.

forgetting of course that it was brown, balls & millipedes time at the exchequer that caused the majority of this countrys ills.

Had to snigger a little today while the two Ed's cuddling up to each other hove into view as they waddled stiffly into the conference, thought theyd got something big, black and rubbery wedged between the cheeks of their bottoms such was their gait.

The thought "Two Ed's with n'are a brain between their heads" popped into mine... Must be tele..telpaerth erm telepathetic.

Fortunately whilst they have both the wrong Ed and the wrong Milliband in charge they are unelectable.

The scariest thing is that they will probably form the next government. From The Spectator:

"All Ed Miliband needs to do is look as if he is leading a government-in-waiting. It is easy to dismiss Miliband. He has struggled to make an impression on the political stage or improve his party’s ratings in the polls. But if Britain tips into another recession — an increasingly likely possibility — the next election is his to lose.

It is easy to forget that Labour is already within striking distance. Miliband has 258 MPs: historically, it is odd for an opposition with so many seats to lose the next election."

Its odd really, this Labour thing and the leftist thing in general. I grew up in Hackney, a constant Labour stronghold. I had a very underprivelidged upbringing (Dad was Hackney roadsweeper, mum a housewife)so in theory I should be very Labour in attitude but despite all this I could never vote Labour!

Many of the people I know from Hackney are staunch Labour voters yet not very leftist in their attitudes!

So what is it that seperates Labour voters from the rest? I assume those that would like to reap more than they sow are the core of Labours vote.

Alas, far from it. Gordon has screwed things up so much they have plenty of 'clients' who will vote for them:

Oi!!

Keep them out of Cornwall, please!

Maybe you can create a special commune for them in Devon, then I can stop and abuse them on my way 'home'!
