It'll give you a circular exposed spot on your film. OK if you want it for a particular effect but probably will only be used once or twice. Cheap compared to a proper 15/16mm lens but you get what you pay for.

From the difference in resolution between centre and edge I think you'll end up with only a small part of the already small exposed area being usable. 15 lines per millimetre is very poor.
