Can anyone tell me if the TVR's were having to run the very restrictive air restrictors() this year like they did last time??

if not then does that mean they've managed to shift 25 Typhons?? and that they won't get dramatically quicker next year??

cheers me dears!

From a post I made on the GT forum

FourWheelDrift said:
The TVR's had one 40.3mm restrictor, compared with two 28.2mm restrictors on the other Porsche, Ferrari 360 and Morgan cars in the GT class.

Some of the other Porsche GT3's and Cirtek Motorsport Ferrari 360 ran 2x 29.8mm restrictors.

No idea how the ACO work it all out. Runes and water divining I think.

Edited as I ballsed up the last edit...

Yes to air restrictors and no to Typhons! Talking to Michael Caine, even the Porsche's still run some restrictors for various reasons.

So, I presume we'll never see Typhon's (i.e supercharged 4.0 speed 6's) at Le Mans, just the t400's (which should be t440's at some point I presume)?
