Horn push on MOMO 260mm Wheel

Is there a standard way of fitting a horn push to the 260mm momo wheel with the IVA pad in place? Perhaps something that fits where the 2 plugs go?

No.
Not normal to fit a horn push on a momo. Normal for horn push to be a separate but next to lights switches.

The latest R500 have the indicators switches in the 2 plugs on the steering wheel, they use a quick release boss with an electrical connector that runs down the column and exits under the dash through a hole cut is the dash tube.

You could do something similar if you really wanted the horn on the wheel.
