If the chassis is good then maybe, and convert to a 200/300tdi engine.
I bought back a 109 just like this one that I owned 20 years ago, sight unseen. It had a rotten chassis though and I sold it on for what I paid, I didn't know about the chassis as I hadn't spotted it, and my wife was unforthcoming with restoration funds I got frustrated and had to flog it on. I sold it to a USAF colonel who spend another £7k restoring it and shipped it to Texas.
So for what you might end up spending on this get a nice 110 CSW TD5 instead.

Ok- more info.
Chassis is a replacement, not original (which I assume is a good thing). Minter than mint at the front, but possibly an MOT failure at the back. Might need a new crossmember. Bulkhead is a rare 6 cylinder and front axle has massive drums & shoes, same as the stage 1 V8. (Axle is not on car, obviously). The swivels are completely unmarked and had leather gaiters till he cut them off to see the swivels (oops). Likely been restored in previous life hence the chassis replacement. Safari double skin roof.
Note: Owner is inclined to keep front axle short of a reasonable offer. Also, the paint job was not quite as good as it could have been, but then it is now a full resto project lol!
Make us an offer! Otherwise it'll sit there until its a pile of dust, and I hate seeing that happen

is that a renault 21 turbo behind?
Yep. Well, 21 Turbo Quadra, the 4wd version. Good spot that man! One of 3 Quadra there and the reason I was there in the first place. Two already have new homes and we've talked the owner into turning the rather trashed, knackered one in the pic into a trackday hoon toy
Its been sat there with no n/s back door exposed to the elements for 5 years

He says the doors are good.
What would I look for if they were 'bad'?
The gayplate riveted to them. What would I look for if they were 'bad'?
Whatever though, I dont care much for Landy's. I was there to save some Renaults, I only posted it to see if anyone wanted to steal it for a measly few quid. Guess not!
