Cloud nine!!!!!
Discussion
Finally got rid of my wedge and bought a Cerbie. 1996 4.2 with full engine rebuild (plus point?) Ruby red - not my first choice but it was a sunny day and she glistened- totally original. No sports exhaust and standard wheels but I doubt that either of them will stay on for long though. I Pick it up from the dealer on Friday after he has sorted out the windows not going up properly and a couple of other small things. Couple of questions, as always. Should there be a spare wheel or tool kit as there is nothing in the boot? Best place for insurance? Cheers guys. I'm proud to finally be worthy of getting involved as I've read through this forum every night for a good couple of months, taking in everything. I can tell you that some of the info has been invaluble in my purchasing of my dream car. RESPECT TO YOU ALL.
I've got no tool kit and there was a can of tyre weld instead of a spare, but this isn't from new. But I understand this to be the norm.
Tesco blew everyone else out of the water on insurance for me, but that really is a personal issue.
Goood luck!!
P.s. just seen the photo, lovely colour!!

Thanks guys. The best quote so far was Adrian Flux £891. The next was Bell direct with £1200. I'll try Tesco tomorrow. The colour is growing on me now and your positive comments have helped that one along. It's like seeing somebody chatting your wife up at the bar - It's reasurring that somebody else thinks she's attractive.
A couple of the companies that advertise in Sprint offer discounts for limmited milage. I have found this to make a big differance if you are only likely to do low miles . I may be stating the obvious but do ensure you are comparing like for like in the cover provided ie Track day cover Green Flag etc etc.
