During the Singapore GP, Martin Brundle suggested Lewis was sat too low in the car and couldn't really see out to the front of the car properly.

Well, even before this enlightenment I have seen many people driving on the road with their eye line in front of the steering wheel. Do people not adjust their seat height to get a clear view of the road. It tends to be old people and women in my analysis who fail on the seat adjustment.

Also it must be very tiring to have your arms elevated upwards to reach the wheel - sit higher !

I'm a short arse and would love to have the seat higher but no such adjustment in my car. Parking is a bit of a guess because I've no idea where the ends of the car is, luckily it's only small.

Some cars don't have enough adjustment for shorter drivers.

Mrs VeeFour needs to sit on a cushion in the MX5 and Alfetta GTV just to see over the steering wheel.

When I tried a Hyundai coupe, even with a cushion she couldn't see out.
